Refunds

14 days, works or your money back.

If you buy the Media Store download and we cannot get it working on your normal cPanel hosting within 14 days of payment, we refund the purchase. Write through the contact form with the email you paid with and what the host is doing. We need that window to actually try.

This is not a no-questions refund after you have the files. Software cannot be returned, and the live demo plus the read-only admin is there so you can try the product before you pay. A refund is for a store we cannot make run on ordinary shared hosting, not for a change of mind after a working install.

Stripe's own card fees may not be refundable by us. The purchase price we charged is what we return when the guarantee applies.

Checkout is not open yet. This policy applies once a price is published and a payment succeeds.
